Finally found some time to sit down and write a few words for the blog and tweak a few things on the website .It has been a busy old run up to Christmas this year, which is a good thing but means some of the boring but necessary
e-housekeeping activities get put on the back burner. Anyway 3 days to go, presents are wrapped, turkey is defrosting in the fridge and the kids, now all over 18 are all back home and working their way through the contents of the fridge. May yet have to do a final, final Christmas food shop. I would like to thank all my clients for their commissions this year. To my great surprise I find myself in my third year of freelancing for a living and touch wood still lucky enough to not have to go out and get a 'proper job. A few more of my former newspaper colleagues now find themselves redundant at Christmas and I wish them all the best of luck in either finding a new job or making a living as freelancer. I am happy to share my experience if they need any tips on being self employed . I hope everyone has a great Christmas . Look forward to the New Year.
